Launched in 2003, Snap Fitness, the world’s largest and fastest growing franchise featuring compact, state-of-the-art fitness centres, has more than 1000 locations open and operating worldwide. In addition to the US, Snap Fitness also currently operates clubs in Australia, Canada, India and Mexico.
Club Manager
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to manage the gym’s operations and a team of personal trainers. This person will be customer focused and have experience in selling as well as a passion for the fitness industry.
Candidates must have:
•A background in Health Club Management
•A proven record in Personal Training
•A passion for health and fitness
•The ability to drive membership sales and revenue
•Excellent communication skills
•Experience managing and supporting staff
Candidates must hold the following qualifications:
•Registered Fitness Leader
•Certificate IV in Fitness
•First Aid Certificate
Personal Trainers
Candidates can manage their business without running and managing a studio too. Snap Fitness will offer you access to the club membership base as well as the use of state-of- the-art gym facilities. You will have the flexibility to train your clients at any hour of the day or night.
Candidates must have:
•Previous experience in Personal Training
•A strong desire to be successful within the Fitness Industry
•An ability to deliver high standards of exercise programming
•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Essential Requirements include:
•Certificate III & IV in Fitness
•Current Senior First Aid & CPR certificate
•Fitness Australia Registration
•ABN and insurance cover
