Guilt-free Coffee

Guilt-free Coffee
A recent study from Sweden and Finland has found that people who drink coffee may lower their risk of developing dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The researchers followed more than 1400 over 20 and found that those who drank three to five cups of coffee a day were less likely to develop dementia and Alzheimer’s compared to those who drank little or no coffee. Of course, don’t forget the many studies that show moderation is the key to safe coffee drinking.
